Refund policy

We want you to buy from AI Chess with confidence. If a digital product you bought from aichess.co.uk is not right for you, we offer a straightforward, no questions asked refund within 14 days of purchase.

14-day guarantee

You may request a full refund on any digital product bought from us within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to have found a fault with the product — we would simply rather refund you than have you keep something that was not useful to you.

How to request a refund

Email hello@aichess.co.uk with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the receipt or order confirmation from Stripe. We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day and to process the refund within five business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout; we cannot send a refund to a different card, account or currency.

What happens after a refund

Because the product is a digital download, requesting a refund also ends your licence to use it. We ask that you delete any downloaded copy once your refund has been processed. There is no fee or penalty for requesting a refund within the 14-day window.

After the 14-day window

Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are considered individually. Email us at hello@aichess.co.uk and explain the situation — if something on our end went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a broken download, we will fix it regardless of how long it has been.

Fair use

This guarantee exists so you can buy without risk, not as a way to read a guide for free and repeatedly return it. We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles from the same customer.
